Time to consider our furnishing service!Getting a place in Bulgaria furnished is harder and more time-consuming than any of us who’ve done it ourselves ever believed beforehand. Without the one-stop superstores or Internet shopping that we are used to in the UK, furnishing a whole house involves sourcing items almost shop by shop, wading through showrooms that are crammed with taste-defying wares (sofas present a particular problem in this regard!), convincing retailers that your measurements are accurate and that you really do want what you say you want, and having to work around loosely agreed delivery arrangements that can change at any moment (usually the last possible moment) at the whim of the supplier. If this is not how you want to spend your next holiday, then read on! New Tuscany’s furnishing service allows us to take the strain of furnishing your home in Bulgaria so that it is ready for you to walk into and enjoy whenever you want. First decide on your budget and consult with us about your furniture needs and your style, colour-scheme and room layout preferences. We will advise you on what is realistic within your budget and will thoroughly measure up your property so we can be sure all agreed room layouts can be adhered to. During the furniture sourcing and selection stage you can consult with us in as much or as little detail as you like. We will source furniture to match your needs from a wide range of suppliers in the area so that you can benefit from our combined knowledge and experience. We will keep an ear to the ground for any relevant special offers and discounts that may be available, and we will be ready with digital photographs and/or specifications of items that we think will meet your requirements. From lounge, bedroom, dining and garden furniture to floor coverings, curtains/blinds, white goods, tableware, towels and bed linen, we will take care of the whole process, right through to receiving the deliveries and resolving any errors or omissions in the goods received, and undertaking installation, fitting, and testing of white goods. Our fee for the service is £100 consultancy payable in advance, plus 20% commission on the total price of all goods purchased and delivery/transportation costs. Our service INCLUDES unpacking all furniture and disposal of packaging, assembling flatpacks, positioning all furniture, washing and ironing new curtains and linen where necessary, fitting curtain poles and shelving, hanging curtains & blinds and installation of washing machines and cookers.
